Penthouse 11 is on the top floor of the Waterfront Apartment block, which houses 12 luxury apartments and 1 duplex. It has 2 secure undercover parking spaces available, and stair and lift access. Nearby are award-winning cafes and retaurants. It is 5km's from Nelson airport and 2 km's from Nelson city centre.

The master bedroom has access to the deck and an ensuite bathroom, while the other double bedroom has a bathroom next to it including a bath. The full kitchen with large fridge/freezer is open to the dining/lounge area . Sliding double-glazed doors open out completely from the lounge revealing a spacious deck, sun chairs and a gas BBQ.

Penthouse 11 has a full laundry area and all modern conveniences like LCD wide screen TV (one in the lounge and one in the main bedroom - both have SKY digital connected to them), DVD and stereo as well as beautiful linen on super king beds which can split to singles, a porta-cot, rollaway bed and highchair are also available on request.

The apartment comes with wireless internet access and a laptop computer.

Nelson

Nelson is easy to spend time in. No matter what time of the year, there is always plenty to see and do.

Nelson is the gateway to the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park where you can experience Kayaking and bush walks. An hour further is Golden Bay which has a fabulous Salmon Farm. Catch a fish (and let the staff prepare it!). Closer to Nelson is Mapua, which has a small wharf, smoked fish restaurant, aquarium and a place called the Coldstore, an old cold storage (fruit) place turned into a arts and crafts centre. I love the local jewellers that exhibit here and sneak in for a pair of silver earrings when my husband's not looking!

Visit some of the 16 local wineries and numerous Artists and potters that are in and around Nelson.

Arts and crafts and foods can be seen and sampled at the famous Saturday morning markets, held in the centre of town 7.00am - 1.00pm rain or shine.

The local information centre is open all year round and can organise trips or provide free information and is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment.
